Extra Virgin Olive oil
The bounty from our 1500 olive trees is pressed right here at Madonnnabella farm, producing extra Virgin Olive oil of the highest caliber.We have 4 varieties of olives : Moraiolo, Leccino, Frantoio and Pendolino .
We harvest them all in late October and press them the same day. Doing this, we can reach the maximum quality of Olive oil since its acidity is as low as 0,4 %. Indeed it is the low acidity and the quality test to the palate which earns our product the title of EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL. For tasting experts, you can find in it some notes of artichoke and freshly cut grass. For everyone, when first pressed it’s a little bit spicy ( ah nothing matches pane unto, toasted crusty bread rubbed with a clove of garlic and drizzled with new oil! This peppery bite mellows over time.
